About me

I am a therapeutic counsellor with a genuine and warm character.  We all face challenges in our lives and people engage in counselling for many different reasons at various life stages.  Whether you are currently facing a crisis, a longer term issue or feeling stuck and wanting to make changes.  I can offer you a safe, supportive, non-judgemental space to explore your current issue.

I am an integrative counsellor which means I drawn on many different theoretical approaches and skills in order to work with my clients in a way that best suits them and their desired outcomes.  I work with both individuals and couples on either a short fixed term, or longer term basis.

I am currently offering online, telephone and face-face sessions.  If you are considering counselling do not hesitate to give me a call/send an email and we can arrange an initial session where we can discuss your needs in more detail.

Face to Face Sessions  

I am delighted to announce that I am now able to offer Face to Face sessions at the Fusion Healthy Living Clinic,  2-3 Cobb Way, Maidstone, ME 15, 9 XF.

The Fusion centre is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm offering information, advice and support to residents of Park Wood and the wider Maidstone community.  News Flash: The new Coffee Shop recently opened.

With everything happening in the economy I have decided to keep to £45 (assessment) individuals &  £55 ongoing sessions (individuals).

 And £80 assessment &  £80 ongoing sessions)  for couples.
